1. Measurement theory and application
It focuses on the measurement technology field of NQI, combining with the latest industrial and technological development needs, with a focus on the research of accurate measurement of physical parameters, instrument design theory and practical engineering problems, including measurement uncertainty theory, measurement value traceability and calibration technology, and the development of precision measurement instruments. It based on metrology, static and dynamic measurement uncertainty theory, using the sensor, microprocessor and the design of the instrument technology research of high accuracy sensors to build system based on Internet of things of modern metrological testing measurement and verification and calibration system. It cultivates high-level engineering talents who have solid theory foundation and measuring thinking.
2. Non-destructive Testing Technology and Instruments
It focuses on the requirements of safety performance inspection and testing in national special equipment and related fields to make in-depth and systematic research and discussion on composite materials and their structures, special equipment structures and nondestructive testing technologies. On the basis of systematically mastering advanced nondestructive testing technologies such as ultrasonic imaging testing, acoustic emission testing and infrared thermal imaging, wavelet analysis, clustering analysis, artificial neural network and other signal processing methods are used to realize accurate location and type recognition of typical defects. Combined with fracture mechanics theory and failure analysis technology, the integrity and safety of special equipment and composite structure system were evaluated. 3. Food and drug testing technology and standardization
It focuses on the requirements of metrological testing and standardization system construction in the field of national food and drug quality and safety, with a focus on the research of food and drug quality standardized testing methods and instruments, food and drug production and quality management, food and drug origin identification methods and other fields with distinctive quality control characteristics. Based on analytical chemistry and quality management, incorporating statistics, metrology, computer science, electronic information science and other disciplines of knowledge, developing practical training in such characteristic research subjects as trace analysis of banned ingredients in food and drugs, key technology of food and drug quality control, and method of tracing the origin of geographical indicated products to cultivate a batch of professionals in the field of food and drug quality control with solid foundation and broad vision.
